Dr. Hassan completed her undergraduate studies at Benedictine University in Lisle before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry. She joined the Ahoyt Family Dental team recently and has already become a natural fit — the kind of doctor patients feel at ease with from the very first visit.
Her approach to dentistry starts with trust. Dr. Hassan takes the time to really listen, answer questions without rushing, and make sure every patient understands and feels comfortable with their care. She has a particular warmth with patients who come in nervous or have put off dental care for a while — no judgment, just genuine support.
Invisalign® is genuinely Dr. Hassan’s favorite procedure — and it shows. She has learned techniques that make the process easier, faster, and more predictable than patients expect, and there’s real joy on both sides of the chair when someone sees their smile transform. Dr. Hassan is deeply committed to her own growth, both personally and professionally. She regularly pursues continuing education to sharpen her skills and bring the latest techniques to her patients — the same drive that makes her such a natural fit within the AFD team.
Giving back is important to her. Outside of AFD, Dr. Hassan volunteers her time providing dental care at a local free clinic — a reflection of her belief that great dental care should be accessible to everyone in the community.
When she’s not in the office, Dr. Hassan enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, exploring the Chicagoland area, and perfecting her coffee-making skills. She looks forward to seeing you at your next visit.
